Everything you need to know about WatchStack's features, pricing, and integrations.

WatchStack is a premium monitoring platform built specifically for modern developer teams. It allows you to track the uptime of your APIs, websites, and scheduled background jobs (like cron jobs), alerting you instantly via Slack, Discord, Email, or Webhooks when something degrades or fails.

For every cron job you create, we generate a unique HTTP endpoint (a "ping URL"). You simply make a GET or POST request to this URL at the end of your background script using an HTTP client like curl or fetch. If we don't receive a ping within the schedule and grace period you defined, an incident is triggered.

By default, our uptime checks originate from the public internet across various global regions, meaning the endpoint must be publicly accessible. However, you can monitor internal jobs or scripts securely by having them ping our Cron Catchers instead.

Yes, we offer up to 20% savings on all our paid plans when you choose to be billed annually rather than monthly.

The number of team members depends on your plan. Starter plans usually include a core set of seats, while Pro and Enterprise plans allow unlimited or larger team additions with advanced RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to manage alert routing.

Absolutely. On applicable plans, you can configure your own CNAME record (e.g., status.yourcompany.com) to point directly to your WatchStack status page, making it fully branded to your organization.
